For 5 years I have been the Design Lead on Hillarys Blinds product team.

What this involves

  • Establishing client trust through the consistent demonstration of expertise around the Hillarys brand and their customers

  • Select, plan, perform and analyse appropriate user research and testing activities.

  • Create deliverables as appropriate; for example personas, user journeys, sitemaps, process flow diagrams, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

  • Ensuring a balance between user goals, business objectives, brand identity, time constraints, budget considerations, and technological feasibility.

  • Fostering collaborative relationships, driving innovation, and delivering impactful product experiences that resonate with both users and stakeholders alike.

  • Creating, planning and facilitating collaborative design-based workshops to generate ideas and solutions
