At Penguin Random House I was the Digital Creative Director in the brand marketing team. I oversaw a team of Digital Designers, UX Designers and AV Producers. It was my personal responsibility to ensure everything we placed in front of our consumers reflected the high standards of design that PRH’s brands have upheld for many years. 

What this involved

  • Leading and developing creative strategies in all digital formats, and ensuring that we delivered exceptional online content that connected seamlessly with offline experiences.

  • Building up a team from scratch and put in place clear processes to ensure we provided an efficient service for a variety of departments in the company

  • Overseeing PRH’s 6 highest profile brands, which all targeted different audiences and of course had their own unique tone of voice, purpose and visual style

During my time at Penguin, I spearheaded a website redesign project aimed at showcasing the hierarchy of PRH brands and their interconnections. This project offered an invaluable chance to deeply understand the target audience of three major UK brands.
