Endura

Endura sought assistance from CodeComputerLove to refine and direct the findings of previous research conducted with another agency.

Endura faced challenges in navigating the multitude of suggested changes for their website and the limitations of their inflexible CMS. The task was to leverage existing components while addressing the array of recommendations.

We ran usability testing on the current site and from our learnings we were able to help Endura prioritise their roadmap for 2024.

Homepage

Based on user behavior, Gender and Riding category emerged as the primary navigation paths to products. We suggested prominently featuring these options at the top of the homepage to ease user access to this desired content.

Filters

Additionally, we proposed implementing a side filter on desktop to enable users to refine their search while scrolling, eliminating the need to return to the top of the page. We also gave the client a prioritised list of new filters which needed to be added per category to aid user refinement.

Product Pages

We relocated the video from the description to the gallery section to optimise space and improve its positioning. Following user testing, we found that users prioritise key product features. Thus, we propose utilising product tags to highlight attributes like waterproof, windproof, and insulated.

To streamline the colour selection process, we suggest exclusively employing the radio selection method, eliminating potential confusion from the dropdown option.

Despite significant constraints imposed by the CMS, we assisted the client in prioritising necessary improvements to enhance website usability.

Additionally, we devised a testing plan to measure the impact of these changes on conversion rates, enabling the client to gauge the effectiveness of the enhancements.
